BudgetTrim is a DIY roofing product for use on a patio, carport or outdoor entertainment / alfresco area. An all-in-one solution – roofing, insulation and ceiling – makes it cost effective and time efficient for a roofing project.
BudgetTrim consists of 3 main components:
a durable steel roof sheet
a choice of 4 insulated core options – Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant Grade (EPS-FR), Thermosetting Phenolic Composite (TPC), Mineral Wool (MW) and DualCore (DC)
a smooth, easy to clean, ceiling finish
Our insulated roof panels – also known as sandwich panels – provide superior thermal performance and efficiency with high R-Values (over R4.5), excellent sound dampening properties and fire ratings.
The insulated panels come with foam filled peaks which reduce corrosion and stop vermin from entering the cavity.
BudgetMax BudgetTrim offers increased corrosion resistance for properties close to salt water.
Available in an extensive range of roof colours (including zinc) BudgetTrim also comes in panel thicknesses from 50mm up to 200mm. Each increase in thickness offers greater spanning (over 8.5 metres), meaning less beams, compared to traditional roofing products.
BudgetTrim-EPS-FR, BudgetTrim-DC and BudgetTrim-MW are CodeMark approved.
BudgetTrim comes with a 20 year Structural Integrity Warranty and a 10 year Paint Finish Warranty.

Budget Insulated Panels deliver our products to customers throughout South-East Queensland including the Brisbane Northside and Brisbane Southside, Gold Coast, Tweed Heads, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Redlands, Warwick and Toowoomba. If you live outside of these areas, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to organise delivery options for you. Our products are manufactured in Brisbane, so if you prefer, you can collect them from the factory in Richlands.
