BudgetOrb (Corro) insulated roofing panels, often referred to as sandwich panels, are an all-in-one product – roofing, insulation and ceiling. Also available with BudgetBeam, the panels are 1 metre wide reducing both the number of sheets and time required to install.
The insulated panels consist of 3 main components:
a durable steel roof sheet
a choice of 4 core options – Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant Grade (EPS-FR), Thermosetting Phenolic Composite (TPC), Mineral Wool (MW) and DualCore (DC)
a smooth, easy to clean, ceiling finish
The insulated cores offer high R-Values for thermal efficiency, excellent sound dampening properties and fire ratings. The foam is profiled to match the corrugations stopping vermin from entering the cavity.
BudgetMax BudgetOrb (Corro) offers increased corrosion resistance for properties situated close to salt water.
Available in an extensive range of roof colours (including zinc), BudgetOrb (Corro) also comes in panel thicknesses from 50mm up to 200mm. Each increase in thickness offers greater spanning capabilities (over 8.5 metres), meaning less beams, compared to traditional roofing products.
With a 20 year Structural Integrity Warranty and a 10 year Paint Finish Warranty, BudgetOrb (Corro) is ideal for use in locations including the Brisbane Northside, Brisbane Southside, Gold Coast, Tweed Heads, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Redlands, Warwick, Toowoomba and throughout Queensland.

Budget Insulated Panels deliver our products to customers throughout South-East Queensland including the Brisbane Northside and Brisbane Southside, Gold Coast, Tweed Heads, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Redlands, Warwick and Toowoomba. If you live outside of these areas, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to organise delivery options for you. Our products are manufactured in Brisbane, so if you prefer, you can collect them from the factory in Richlands.
